The Committee Chair is responsible for working with the Trustees to set and maintain the aim. You will be at the centre of our organisation and making sure the committee delivers. This role would suit someone who has strong leadership and management experience who can motivate a team. You need to have a robust and tested understanding of operations, military training and training programmes, logistics, personnel management, fundraising and networking.
The Operations Officer is responsible for assisting us in liaising with our conservation partners to make sure our current and upcoming operations go smoothly while looking out for opportunities for new partnerships. We need someone with strong leadership and operational experience who understands personnel and training requirements. This role has the potential requirement of travel for recce's and the person in this role should be good at assessing the needs of our conservation partners and planning how we can best support them.
Varies according to ops cycle - minimum1-2 hours/week

Administrative Support Officer
We need your support and attention to detail to our operations, volunteer management, accounts, billing, deployment administration and keeping our systems up and running. You will play a pivotal role in our organisation keeping on top of what is happening and being a point of contact for our people on operations.
We need your Instagram, Facebook and YouTube to own and run our channels. Use your creativity to create compelling posts, tell our volunteer stories and spread the message about what it is we do. Help inspire and grow our following and respond appropriately to posts and comments. We'll give you the freedom to experiment with content marketing campaigns appropriate to the channel being used and a wealth of incredible photos and stories to get you started.
We admit it - we're not good at tooting our own horn. That's why we need you to tell our story. Use your journalistic skills to pitch our story to media outlets, work with our Social Media Officer to craft compelling digital campaigns and grow the reputation of our organisation both in the UK and internationally.
You are mission critical. We need you to take charge of our fundraising efforts across donations, sponsorship, in-kind support, HNW individuals and grant applications. Use your creativity and ability to create relationships to brainstorm and plan fundraising events and initiatives, including the revival of our annual Gala Ball. Work with the Social Media Officer to boost our profile to potential donors and be on the lookout for potential partnerships.
Our volunteers are our lifeblood. We need you to take charge of volunteer communications and updates to keep our people engaged. You will be in charge of maintaining our volunteer database, interviewing and getting to know new volunteers, ensuring new volunteers receive their online welcome pack and are across our policies and code of conduct. You will help the Operations Officer read through volunteer applications and strike a balance between recommending both new and experienced volunteers for deployments.
